About Us  Every suite at any Pet Ritz @ The Triangle is a Deluxe suite.  Our resorts are completely cage free.  All pets stay in individual glass, glass block or masonry suites.  Each suite is gated with commercial grade material that provides excellent ventilation, security and safety.  The finest in the industry, our suites are equipped with off the floor bedding and an extensive network of sanitation systems that disenfects and then vacuums out the entire kennel area allowing pets to remain clean and dry.  Owners may select a number of pet activities for their pet while boarding with us.  However, all pets are taken for walks out of doors several times daily.  We have both indoor and outdoor play areas.  Indoor flooring is made of cushioned material that is especially suited to ease pet joints during active play.  Outdoor play areas are surfaced with pet specific Pet-Turf® which keeps pets clean and dry while enjoying the great outdoors.  Additionally, many pets also participate in group play time with pets of like size, temperament and activity should you desire. After years and years of experience, we know how to ensure that pets are safe, comfortable and stress free while separated from their families.  Here are just a few of the ways we accomplish this. Our facilities are built to filter out and/or mute disruptive outdoor noises such as thunder, traffic, trains etc.  Indoors we have soothing classical music playing all day while colorful TV programs air on multiple, silenced flat screen TV monitors.  Our pet’s, just like us, are used to well lit and well decorated homes.  Our resorts are decorated with colorful murals enhanced by the use of skylights where ever possible. Dogs are separated by size and temperament. To provide further peace of mind to pet owners, we offer 24-hour webcam availability.  If space is available, owners will be able to visit their pet while enjoying the resort either at rest in the suite, at play with a group or on an outdoor walk. Our facilities are staffed 24X7 so your pet is never alone in the facility. Anne Robbins, co-owner with her husband Bill, is a registered nurse with an extensive background in health care.  She brings a high level of health care knowledge to our facility. Her expertise helps us provide for the well being of all of our four legged guests.
