Live Video    The cameras below can only be opened with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. (They will not open with other browsers such as: Mozilla Firefox and Opera). Please make sure you've enabled ActiveX control for your computers specific Operating System.  By following the steps below you may be able to view the live video feed to watch your pet play all day! 1. Please click on one of the Suite cameras below, that was specified by staff upon check in that may enable you to visit your dog or to take a tour. You may need to check off the dialogue box for firewall upon login to see the cameras live. 2. When prompted, please click the window that  appears at the top of your page, "Click to activate and use this control."  3.  Then click, "Run".  You may be asked to download several versions of software and controllers depending upon your computers Operating System. 4. You should see the Live video page pop up automatically once you've enabled the ActiveX control. If you receive the "Cannot Display Page" error message, follow these steps to enable all the ActiveX controls: 1. In Internet Explorer click Tools, and then click Internet Options. 2. Click the Security tab, click Custom as the security level, and then click Settings. 3. Enable all ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins for your Operating System.  You may also need to run the "Error Scan" command. 4. Close Internet Explorer, and then try to connect to Windows Update again.   Enjoy!
